RAPID MAID CLEANING LLC - Terms Of Service

THESE TERMS FORM A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.
BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE OR BOOKING SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

1. Nature of Our Business

Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC is a booking agency and referral service ONLY.

We do NOT:

Perform cleaning services

Employ or supervise cleaners

Control cleaners’ work methods, tools, or decisions

Visit, inspect, or attend your property

Provide labor, equipment, or in-home services

We DO:

Connect clients with independent cleaning contractors (“Contractors”)

Provide scheduling, customer support, and payment processing

Facilitate the booking process

All cleaners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC.

2. Independent Contractor Disclaimer (Critical Legal Protection)

By booking service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Cleaners are 100% independent contractors

Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC has no control over their actions

Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC is NOT liable for:

Damages to property

Loss of items

Poor workmanship

Injuries to persons

Conduct, actions, or negligence of contractors

ALL disputes, claims, or damage issues must be addressed directly with the contractor who provided the cleaning service.

Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC assumes no liability for any damages, losses, theft, defects, or claims arising out of or relating to cleaning services performed at your property.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

Cleaning quality

Contractor actions

Schedule changes

Customer dissatisfaction

Miscommunication

Any service performed at the property

If there is an issue, we may offer—at our sole discretion—a re-clean by the contractor, not a refund.

4. Payment Terms

By booking service, you authorize:

Your payment method to be securely stored

Automatic charges after the cleaning is completed

Charges for add-ons, extras, or agreed-upon fees

Charges for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours), lockouts, or rescheduling

Chargebacks initiated against Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC for contractor-related issues are considered a breach of these Terms.

5. Access to Property

You must provide safe, lawful access to the property.
We are not liable for:

Entry issues

Lockouts

Denied access

Hazardous conditions

Contractors may refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary. Fees may apply.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or reschedule bookings

Decline service at any property

Assign or reassign contractors

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may result in a fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

Property damage

Theft

Personal injury

Loss of use

Emotional distress

Lost wages

Lost profits

Any contractor-related issues

Your exclusive remedy is to pursue your claim directly with the independent contractor.

8. Indemnification

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rapid Maid Cleaning LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, and expenses arising from:

Services performed by contractors

Your interactions with contractors

Your breach of these Terms

Your use of our platform

Any claim related to property access or conditions

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Michigan, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance.
